On Wednesday, the traditional Blessing of the Crib took place beneath the Christmas lights of Glasgow’s George Square to a chorus of singers.
The Rt Rev Kevin Pearson joined ecumenical friends and civic leaders for the event, which was organised by Glasgow Churches Together and hosted by the Rt Hon The Lord Provost Councillor Philip Braat.
